Come back to yourself through Reiki

When Aries first told me about Reiki, I was interested and curious because it was a completely new concept for me. Of course, I never expected my first Reiki experience to be distant Reiki!

I was in a completely different location from Aries when, all of a sudden, I felt a sensation begin at the top of my head. It was so gentle—no more than what it would feel like to have a feather lightly brush against your skin.

I was completely caught off guard—not in a negative way, but in a way that made me stop and wonder, “Wait… what was that?!”

So immediately, I called Aries and asked her, “Did you just do something?!”

Because WOW… I FELT IT! 😂✨

Little did I know that I had just begun what would become a 60-day purging and healing journey, and Reiki became part of that experience for me.

That first distant Reiki session opened my eyes to Reiki in a completely different way. It sparked my curiosity and made me want to understand more about energy, healing, and my own journey.

And honestly, even after experiencing Reiki in person, I’ll take distant Reiki any chance I get! 😂

From then on, I received another three or four Reiki sessions—this time in person—and honestly, they were even better than the distant Reiki!

The in-person Reiki sessions stand out the most to me because, if you're anything like me, you love a good pampering experience and a space that sets the mood, helps you relax, makes you feel comfortable, and pleases all your senses.

That is exactly what Aries creates during her Reiki sessions, and I so love her for it!

She creates an atmosphere that feels peaceful, intentional, relaxing, and luxurious. She sets the tone for true pampering, and the entire session feels like a total massage of relaxation throughout your body.

When Aries began the Reiki session, she also placed beautiful crystals on specific points associated with my chakras. As the session continued, I felt myself completely relax. I remember feeling like I had melted into the Reiki bed, and by the end of the session, I could almost fall asleep.

My Reiki experiences with Aries have truly helped me feel more mentally clear and have supported me in my overall personal healing journey, including working through the effects of childhood sexual abuse and other past traumas.

For me, Reiki with Aries isn't just about the session. It's the entire experience—the atmosphere, the intention, the peacefulness, and having a space where I can simply breathe, release, relax, and receive.
