Comfortable, loose clothing. You remain fully clothed during the session — Reiki works with your energy field, not your body directly. Layers you can easily remove are helpful if you tend to run warm or cool.
Not at all. Most first-time clients have never experienced Reiki before. We begin exactly where you are — no background knowledge required. The 60-min session is recommended for your first visit, as it allows time for a full introduction and orientation.
